Sitting back with beer and food watching Firefly makes the whole damned week worth it. Worst customer today rang up screaming about how she gets mail from us about personal loans then gets rejected for them. She wanted to be taken off the mailing list apparently. I didn't actually get to say anything before she hung up. Luckily she'd come through authenticated by the system and I was able to take her off the list. Although it was bloody tempting to leave it the way it was.
